Not all jobs are drudgery, although some always will be.

Craftsmen still earn their way in many, many fields. Heck, I'm heading down to a craft show this afternoon filled with people who are happy with what they do and make a living at it. They will be on a street that is, from one end to the other, mostly family-owned restaurants.

It's obvious that entrepreneurial and businessman positions are never "filled." New ones come up all the time. Old ones disappear.

Fifteen years ago Google - also in my neck of the woods - was two guys at Stanford. Now the company employs almost 30,000 people who did not have to create their own job because two guys created an industry from scratch. That's how it works. That's how it's worked for a long time.
