No, that's not how you respond to a "smear." Your response should be "no, Jody, the Left is very fond of the nuclear family, religion, and God, and in no way thinks that food and shelter should be guaranteed rights provided by the State." and then show examples as to why her assertions are not only false, but a "smear" and a "slander."
