The system will work again when we no longer have a government in power that believes that the private sector is the enemy and needs to be brought to heel and taught a lesson.
Some half-baked fantasy isn't going to fix things either. Don't think I haven't noticed what's been studiously evaded here despite at least three gentle hints.
