If I come on that way, it's probably because I have to hammer a point in five or six times before it actually sinks in, if ever.
The article you linked to was interesting, but "deregulation" isn't the issue. Companies that are conscientious are. Note that Costco operates under the exact same regulatory environment as Cargill, and only one of those two companies is getting its ass sued off.
