A sampling of my diet.

For brunch I had 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg, scrambled with 2 slices of deli ham. I wrapped it in a *Joseph's* Flax, Oat Bran, and whole wheat Lavash bread with a pffft of real mayonnaise. I scrambled the eggs in real butter....and added a pffft of cream.

Supper I had a mixture of Shredded wheat with bran, Uncle Sams' original Flax cereal and Original Fiber one with dried blueberries, cherries and cranberries, with 2% milk and Splenda.

Although I have been an advocate of Atkins' and I still am...I have incorporated complex carbohydrates and most fruits...except bananas

I am beginning to go with real simple 1 ingredient listed only foods...such as salads, chicken, onions,....etc. If I can not pronounce the ingredient, I am beginning to shy away (Atkins Bars especially)

When I run out of Splenda..I am going to try Stevia instead.

I am on Simvastatin for my cholestrol which runs around 255 without...180 with.

I don't mind my diet. Mom and the rest of the family eat more processed foods because they prefer that. I am a Libertarian...it is their choice ;)

I love the idea of being in control of NOT fucking up my diet.
