The complaints are justified IMO. Conservatives want to see Roe v Wade overturned and the Bush administration wanted to frivolously ammend the constitution to define marriage as a man and wife thing.

I don't considere gov healthcare as altruism. Raising someone's income by taxing others? That's another story...
