There is one hell of a difference between trying Ghailani in NYC and trying the actual people who masterminded the destruction of part of Manhattan. This human rights group cannot possibly be stupid enough not to realize that.
The system as it stands, Guantanamo and the rest, works. It worked before, and it's working now. You might have noticed that Obama and the other Democrats have quietly swept the whole issue under the rug. The ONLY reason they opposed it in the first place was because they were using it as a political weapon against Bush.
