You see, that cartoon is an idiot talking again. None of the things pictured are paid for by the Federal government. None of the things pictured are even paid for by state government.
They are paid for by local governments, which is how the Constitution intended things to be done.
If the people in the picture are liberals, they'll probably stand there paralyzed without an authority to tell them when it's safe to cross a street.
