The difference

Earth doesn't give a damn, one way or the other. She does what she does.
Ants don't care. They respond to the flooding hose in order to protect the colony, nothing more.
Humans weep. We love. We mourn. We laugh, if possible.
While Nature doesn't care about us or the ants, I do.
And that's the difference.
