What I've noted
...is that Republicans have no senses of humor. It seems you guys get so defensive which must mean there is truth in the cartoon.
I'm quite sure I could trace back stoplights to going away because of Federal funding being cut from here and there and the other so that there was no longer money in the city or state budgets to put in or fix stoplights.
And before you go all ballistic about Federal funding, that comes from MY taxes. And don't pull that shit about how little anyone but your favorite rich people pay because it doesn't wash. It's stupid and pathetic.
