It's time the gloves came off, and Microsoft is called to account. I'm tired of 'em, and I want my Attorney General to get fierce.
It wasn't much over 4 years ago I purchased a Microsoft mouse. I liked the heft, the sense of positive control, the smooth operation of the buttons.
I paid a premium. As I recall, I went without three Starbucks coffees and paid about $25 for the thing.
Now, not much over 4 years later, the darned thing is getting cantankerous. The buttons are sticking, just from spilling endless Cokes over them. I think the Coke runs through. It's erratic, and I can't clean it too many more times without scraping through the little rods.
If I donated it to a school, which would be a dirty trick, I'll bet I couldn't deduct as much as Clinton did for his shorts. I have to admit my mouse is "on" more than his shorts, though.
Go gettum, AG.
