Robert said the same thing about interfaces, there is something I don't understand.

I had other certificate and card programs which didn't need MSIE. I had MS Publisher on that computer, and it functioned just fine.

Why would I need MSIE, which virtually took over the computer, with the media players and all the stuff which came with it, to run a greeting card program? I mean it was millions and millions of bits, or bytes, or something.

I'd like to understand it, sure don't now.
