The Hallmark greeting card program used the same graphics for display that MSIE does. That graphics display language isn't available apart from MSIE.

And reading again, closely, you use "interface" where I would use "graphic". The program wasn't for emailed cards, it was for printing cards on the stock available at office supply stores. I think what you are suggesting would be absolutely correct if the cards were for electronic distribution.

As I recall, the explanation from MS was that there were additional templates and graphics available on the 'net.

Since I had and have other programs which display just fine without being involved with a browser, I'm assuming it's easy. It may not be.

You've got me wondering. If I'm wrong on this one I'll have to find another complaint about MS, probably could.
