Non-lethal methods
In spite of my baser instincts, I do not want to see violent protesters killed in droves.
Suppose we had the perfect none lethal weapon. Something that would instantly immobilize any group of protesters with no lasting injury. How would this be received? Would it be seen a a good thing to control violent crowds or would it be seen as the end of the right to protest.
I have always believed that righteous protest will always prevail because support will spread to the mainstream and become an unstoppable force, regardless of the weapons used. On the other hand I would love to see anarchists put in their place once and for all.
