Dealing with dictators

Capitalist countries like to deal with dictators. Imagine one capitalist country decides to punish a dictator by not dealing with him anymore. What happens? Another capitalist country jumps in the opportunity! All those capitalist countries can throw the blame at each other and no solution arises. What then? Non-Governmental Organizations come in (medecin sans frontières, greenpeace, human rights organizations) and try to convince the capitalists and the developing countries they have to deal with each other. Clearly, if we simply forget what's going on in those countries, we'll let their populations starve and the dictator will thrive even more as the population will feel victimized by the capitalist abandonment attitude. The NGOs do have better possibilities dealing directly with the population than the politicians who seem to be only able to first deal with the dictators. Maybe giving the Olympic Games to Beijing wasn't a bad idea...but only time will tell.
