with non lethal weapons for riot control. The idea is good if the people you're trying to take out are armed with nothing more lethal than rocks. However, if they have guns then the problem is a lot harder. All it takes is a squeeze of a finger to fire a gun. You'd have to incapacitate the guy very quickly or he could get a shot at you.
