Re: Too Tiresome . . .

<Tedious, and old. Remember Clinton, Bosnia? Remember war crimes - unchallenged evidence. And torture?

When an article starts out by describing these events as "retaliatory", you know there's an agenda. The Israelis and Palestinians have been at it for so long nothing is "retaliatory". The Israelis invaded when it wasn't "retaliatory", unless you go back, and then go back further.

The “A” word -- again.

Second, the article describes reports from people who were there. The were guilty of extrapolating what they saw to a bigger picture. Period.

Thank you, Judge Bowser.

The initial numbers were wrong. Happens all the time. It really does.

Right. Hundreds massacred becomes 40 terrorists and armed aggressors killed.

Remember Clinton's describing the 600,000 atrocities in Bosnia to justify the bombing. Later no mass graves were found, he publicly took it down to around 10,000, and that many graves weren't found? Well, you article is still mentioning that. "Perpetuating the myth", maybe? But that was discovered after credible international folks went in to investigate.

The Israelis didn't allow media in, didn't allow the UN in, didn't want information or an investigation it didn't control. Wonder why? I don't.

2 truths + 2 lies = 2 lies, every time.

What is known:
“The Israelis didn't allow media in, didn't allow the UN in”

What is NOT known:
“didn't want information or an investigation it didn't control”

Israel condones torture of Palestinians as a national policy. Israel has as an instrument of national policy the bulldozing of houses of civilians. Only country in the world, and considered a war crime.

Palestine has suicide bombers and AK-47s, and Israeli villages shot through their whole land. And, an occupying Army which has torture as a legal instrument of policy. Despite legal torture, there are people "spin" it, and people who believe the spin.

No. In 1999, Israel's courts banned the use of torture and so-called “physical interrogation techniques.” THAT is the “national policy.”

"Arabs tend to confess; it's part of their nature" -- Moshe Etzioni, an Israeli high court justice, in an interview with Amnesty International, when asked about the unusually high rate of confessions from Palestinians (indicating Israel's use of torture), 1977"

1977? Jenin is a “current events” issue -- isn’t it?
