You should be asking what Bush believes?
What we have here are two different words, with two different meanings as the terms are exclusionary.
What Bush knows, he doesn't believe. He doesn't need to because he knows it, no exercise of faith is needed.
What Bush believes, he doesn't know. If he did he wouldn't have to excercise the faith of belief, he would have the absolute of knowledge.
So, what he knows he doesn't believe.
Neither do I, nor does Germany, France and probably the majority of the rest of the world.
