Reality
I actually do sympathize with what you're saying, but even if it's unfair to expect the US to prove a negative, that lingering doubt will be there even among people favorably disposed to the US. It's hard not to witness months of bluster unsupported by evidence without starting to wonder if Bush really has the evidence he says he has. That's a matter of reason, not bias.
