I doubt all the Nukes would be kept in one spot and Biologicals are probably aren't either.
What would be the harm in disclosing the location of ONE WMD facility?
Either Saddam would refuse access to the inspectors and we would gain support for the invasion or the evidence would be revealed (not) to the world and we would be vindicated.
Waiting for the "dust to settle" to prove our position is not very appealing.
