On Nov. 27, 2002 Duhbya signed into law that, according to him, directed new funds "and new focus to the task of collecting vital intelligence on terrorist threats and on weapons of mass production."
And remember in October he clearly warned Saddam "you disarm, or we will."
You must be right, such a clear statement of national resolve makes clear the burden is on Saddam.
Get real folks, all the inspectors in the world, the opinions of other countries, the protests of Americans that are starting to get a glimmer of the situation are of no avail and make no difference. They never made a difference. We are going to war.
Nothing can stop it because Duhbya wants to go to war. We have a meglomaniac in the white house that wants a war and so a war we will have.
Get used to it.
