There's a great saturday night talkshow lead by Thierry Ardisson called "Tout le monde en parle" on France2.
A journalist, from Algerian origin, working for Marianne, a weekly magazine, has written a book about islamism. He infiltrated Al Qaeda for a while and told the audience that they recruit (now, especially near London) volunteers unhappy with their life and as they are new, they cannot be followed by intelligence services as they are unknown.
The journalist was told a terrorist attack will occur somewhere in Europe during 2003.
And he also was told Al Qaeda wants nothing more than Bush to attack Iraq.
It will enormously enhance their recruitment. Recruitment of would be terrorists who are totally unknown to the police forces.

- No, the burden of proof is clearly on Iraq, not on the US or anyone else
