Everytime I find a penny I just go ahead and pocket it like it was mine. I don't even bother to think about the poor sap who lost it, much less try to find its rightful owner. Whats more, I even made up a selfish poem to recite each time I do it.

Find a penny pick it up,
all day long you'll have good luck.

Hey don't shove your stinkin' morals and pass your high and mighty judgment on me! I'll do as I da-n well please!
