Your comments sound plausible except for your 1980 to 1988 comparison and your ground ozone comments. You give no context on CFC concentrations or production to support that claim. Seeing that they are similar proves nothing without CFC related context. The ozone on the ground is not the source of that in the upper atmosphere. We would have only had an ozone layer during the last 10 years if that was the case. You want to debate why that is obviously not the case?
As for the rest it seems such an obvious possibility that I doubt it has not been explored scientifically. I have sure seen a lot od studies tying to disprove global warming that don't stand up under scrutiny. What has been published to counter your theory and was anything similar ever published?

Mark
