Some very interesting information, and I did not know Oregon was exporting that early in the game.
Your "Mars-relevant" point only proves my thesis that the asteroids are where deep space missions are going to pay for themselves. For near-Earth and the Moon, I would not entirely rule out tourism as a cash cow, especially in low Earth orbit.
