Sorry for the poor choice of words. I believe your position would be more accurately characterized as fueling/refueling FROM the Moon not ON the Moon. While this does increase the practicality of using Lunar resources I still think you underestimate the difficulty of doing this compared to harvesting resources on Mars. I haven't noticed you address the consumption of a rare life support item as rocket fuel either.
Where's the aerocapture discussion? I either missed it or forgot the details.
