ok, fair enough - just watched the second inteview

I just watched for the second time, the interview with Bill Calhoun who vowched for him.

keys points
-Bush reported to this individual
-Bush was not qualified to fly any of the aircraft at the unit in Alabama.
-Because of this, he was assigned a desk job to review flight records
-Because of this he did not need to receive a flight physical

well there you go, thats why they didn't see them, he sat in a room and read manuals and accident reports for the flight safety officer. He wasn't very visible behind a desk tucked away in an office.

further more his job did not require any flying, so there was no need to take a flight physical.

The exclusive CNN interview of Bill Callhoun, Flight Saftey Officer
I took these notes on the fly, it was the second time I saw the interview, I tried to takes notes and type as best I could, I got pretty much everything and as close to verbatim as was possible onthe fly. The interview was done outside the Daytona 500 racetrack so it was pretty loud.
====================================================
I was on a business trip when I saw on the news the controversy about Bush.

I heard what they were saying and I said to myself that this was not true.

I called into the Bush campain and talked to a fellow who said he was the ?campain manager? (didn't catch the job title).

I told them my story and they said that they thought the story would die down, but if it didn't then they would call me. I never heard from them again until recently when they called me and asked me.

His commanders arranged for him to go there to do his drill

He was asked to report in to me

He singed in

They had no airplanes he could fly

He had no assigned duties, he studied manuals, accident reports, regulations, stuff pilots did when they had nothing to do

Alot of the people there have passed away or gone on with their lives because most of them were elderly(sic).
