The term "Military Dentist Doesn't Recall Bush" is just the name of the article. I was making a point of the part highlighted in html:

The AP contacted more than a dozen former members of the unit on Wednesday, and none could recall ever running into Bush. Norman Rahn, 74, who was with the 187th Tactical Reconnaissance Group in 1972-73, said he doubts anyone would remember an out-of-state pilot who spent a total of six to 10 days on base in a three-month period 32 years ago.'

I agree the dentist's recollection is irrelevant, but it was Bush that proffered the dental records. The point I was making is the press asked 12 in the same squadron and none remembered Bush. So what happens if they ask everyone (which I also pointed out) and no one remembers him?

At some point the possibility the president may by lying about what he did becomes important. If no one remembers him then it's likely he did lie. In fact he already seems to have lied about his service in his memoirs so the issue is whether he lies some more about it.
