The Palestinians are "stuck" with suicide bombers as weapons delivery systems.
Cry me a river. Get back to me when the suicide bombers go after Israeli military forces, tanks, army outposts, and other military targets, instead of cafeterias, buses, ballrooms, children's bedrooms, and other "hard targets." If the suicide bombers were blowing up soldiers exclusively, you could almost make your case.
In any case, they don't seem to have any trouble coming up with rockets, machine guns, and other conventional weapons.
