re: Free will

That is my feelings. God wants us to grow, evolve, mature and change. We can do that if his controlling our every move.

You also have to remember that to God, death is nothing. Death is just moving from our realm, to his. He still see us, we just change from the matter of our universe, to the matter of his (I believe, anyway). I don’t say this lightly. I hate seeing people, especially children, suffer and die. I really hate seeing innocent children dying.

God wants us to evolve on our own. I am not sure what his goal is, but I think he wants intelligent beings unique from him to form. Sure, God could control the path of every single atom in this universe, and thus control our evolution and behavior, but what would be the point of that?

Every atom can take different paths. I believe God can accurately predict which path is the most likely path each atom will take, and thus he can predict the future. But this doesn’t put the future in stone.

I am looking at our existence on the atomic level. We are all made of atoms, and every atom in our body has taken its own path. Right now, all of our atoms are taking the same path in relation to each other. One day they will separate and continue their journey apart.

God could control our destinies (Control each atom’s path) if he wanted to, but then we not have free will.
