I'll be darn, I guess I'm part "Ugly American", a term dear to the French.

I was totally sincere in what I said. We in America place freedom of speech rather high on the list of things that keep us free. It's a treasured and protected right for all.

I didn't mean to say that all Americans should be able to say any Godamn thing the want- to anyone- without consequence.
