If Haliburton gets ripped off, then they lose money. If Halliburton rips off the government then the GAO will have the AG bring charges and fines would be levied.

If you are accusing Halliburton of ripping off the taxpayers, where is your proof? that's a big charge. Besides, my understanding is that we are spending way less in Iraq than we anticipated thus far... that would seem to indicate that Halliburtion is not overcharging.
