But it still seems like a long-winded justification of that sort of contract. What I said was, that if the contracter rips you off, then you are better off doing the sub-contracting yourself.
If I ignore your entire post except for the last sentence, and interpret your last sentence to mean that we have enough controls to keep from getting ripped off, then I guess you are right.
What rip-offs are there that we did not find? When you see one cockroach after all...
Maybe we just need a more honest business partner.
