I've seen evidence that Saddam knew who Zarqawi was, knew he was in Bagdhad at one point. The Jordanians even claim that Bagdhad authorities warned them that Jordan knew where they were, though I don't know how reliable that intel is.
Show me where Saddam worked with them on a project.
