Nonsense.

There have been extremely rapid climate changes within recorded history. The "Little Ice Age" is one of them. There are numerous others. These did not take millions or even hundreds of years to happen, just a few.

Try to understand that the Earth's climate is highly variable. I posted some temperature graphs before, but here goes again.

If you can see trends in this graph, you should become a stock market chartist.

Here is another one, this time Arctic temperatures.

As you can see, for the past few decades, Arctic temperatures have gone DOWN.
This means nothing, but shows the seemingly random variability of climate.

Look carefully at this one and you will see the rapid fluctuations that are always present

Seashells Say Earth Temperatures Driven By Cosmic Rays, Not CO2

I am not saying that what this article says is true, but that the entire matter of climate is still poorly understood and anybody who KNOWS what is happening is either the greatest genius who ever lived on kidding himself.

For a LONG RANGE view, look at this graph (time increases from bottom to top):

Temperatures over the last 4.6 billion years

Note that the overall trend in the past 60 million years is one of COOLING, resulting in the recent ice ages.

NOW try and tell me that Global Warming is caused mainly by carbon dioxide emissions from fossil fuel burning.

Incidently, fossil fuel burning is responsible for only about one-third of the increase in carbon dioxide. The rest is roughly equally due to deforestation and overfishing of the oceans. See if you can figure out why overfishing causes increase in carbon dioxide. This is a 10 point bonus question.
