Certainly, human activities such as fossil fuel combustion, deforestation (and denudement), and excessive fishing are responsible for most or all of the increase in carbon dioxide in recent years. The problem that you just can't seem to understand is that carbon dioxide is just one piece among many in climate puzzle. Even when limiting the argument to fossil fuel use, there is the issue of changes in the Earth's temperature due to concommitant particulate emissions that you do not address. You do not address the other causes of carbon dioxide increase, deforestation (and denudement) and excessive fishing, which are equally responsible for the carbon dioxide increase. You try to blame the entire global warming phenomenon on fossil fuel use while ignoring any factors except your pet one. Whatever causes global warming is NOT simple, and while reduction in carbon dioxide emissions will help some, it will not successful by itself.

Carbon dioxide is only part of the problem.
