And besides, it might cut into the standard of living. (As if global warming ain't gonna do that.)

This is nothing more than a - liberal - commie - European - socialist - Arabian - attempt to economically cripple the United States because they envy our standard of living..

There are more Chinese, let them cut their emissions first.

We can't afford to do what they want us to.

Computer models are notoriously accurate - I saw one that actually predicted Al Gore's (or Bob Dole's) victory - ya gonna rely on something like that?

There are a lot of studies out there which actually predict global cooling - how ya gonna explain those?

There are global temperature cycles all the time - this one is still within normal limits.

If it were happening, which it's not, but if it were it would be good for growing crops and feeding the poor. But it's not happening.

So there. No sense in doing anything which would cost money.
