Throwing crap

I'll throw as much crap at the people who have not seen fit to review procedures, alter them, retrain people, and generally improve communication with unarmed people in the area as I can.

They are acting in my name, and I am paying them. Thank you very much, I am responsible. It's part of my job to register my approval or disapproval.

And as for THINKING, what do you THINK about those people who have lost their lives because of the failure of procedures that have already failed before? What do you THINK about their families? Do you THINK that this helps the American cause in any way whatsoever? How do you THINK that the soldiers stuck with the crappy procedures feel about having shot non-combattants that are, incidentally, allies? Do you THINK that they feel any regret, or maybe even guilt, or do you THINK that they've been listening to the line of garbage that says it couldn't be helped? Or do you THINK that it's more important to support error than to correct it?
