What's with all this anti-blogger stuff?
Counter with what YOU think, not what some blogger thinks.
That would be one and the same thing.
In the future, the news organizations are merely data clearinghouses which filter the data provided by a sea of bloggers with cell phone video cameras, observing all the events of the world in real time, while commenting on them. Their reports are displayed on the web and on television and they are compensated as freelance reporters.
Nothing will escapes their eyes. In less than a year, the first blog news agency will go online and act as a collection of blog based amateur news video and reporting. It will probably be bigger than CNN and Drudge in just a few years.
(Naturally, I will hold a large stake in such a wise, forward-seeing enterprise ;-)
Blogging is revolutionizing the world. If you blink, you may miss it. Suddenly you'll find you're like the bloke who has invested all his money in 8 track tapes, and is doing so even in 2005, while the rest of the world is listening to digital music.
