The fossil record versus human breeding of domesticated animals
Human breeding has produced radical physical changes in domesticated plants and animals in far less than 100 years. Just check out some of those genetically engineered micro-mutts people have out on a leash these days. If dogs get any smaller cats will start thinking of them as food! The fossil record however clearly shows a monumentally slow variation, like molasses over huge spans of time, with visible changes taking millions of years. Clearly there was no intelligent influence on this process.
