When I first read your post Tech1, I groaned.
You sound like an intellectualized robot.
I know your "theories" are only just that, maybe you're looking to be asked to join a think tank or something.
But this isn't Hitler's Germany.
You'd make a really good impartial eugenics researcher.

Wrong! They are operating at about a third of where they were the previous ten years before we invaded. It will take DECADES to rebuild their society. If you and I could look at Iraq again in 20 years, I doubt there will be that much progress.

This gauled me. MAN makes war, not "nature" (although SHE appears pretty restless these days......) You talk about "humanity" as though you are not part of it. Throughout the centuries, man is still warring with his fellow man. We are not "better OR more intelligent", and we WON"T BE until we start to solve our warring capabilities with terribly destructive, offensive and fatal weapons of MASS destruction.
