What garbage!!!

If I see two gay men walking down the street holding hands and then stick their tongues in each others mouths I am offended.

Why? I mean, if it bothers you then dont stare! Heck, I have known newly in love heterosexual couples whose public behaviour had been rather disgusting (been guilty of it myself more than once). If homosexuality offends you then the best advice for you is to not engage in homosexual behavior- but you don't have a right to demand that others abstain just because it bothers you... you and I may not find the idea of two men having relations a pleasant thought- but if it bothers you a lot you have to ask yourself why you think about it so much...

I am sure there are some acts that heterosexual couples engage in that I am sure you would find offensive- do you think you have the right to sanction them, or label them?

BTW I find it telling that you don't seem to have a problem with 'two gay women walking down the street holding hands and then sticking their tongues in each others mouths'...

I DO consider it a deviant behaviour in fact. My experience with lesbians is that they are often oversensitive and driven to their behaviour by a hatred of men. So, who is guilty of hatred now?

You are... I have known several lesbian couples and none have been the 'man-haters' you describe... they have all been women that just happened to be attracted to other women... Maybe they just hate small minded bigots and you interpret that as hating men....

And by the way, what exactly is so wrong with 'deviant' behavior?? If someone does something different or outside the norm and it causes no harm then why should it bother you? I once worked at a place where one of my co-workers was obsessed with not getting germs on himself... so everytime we had a meeting he would carry his own chair to the meeting... was it odd? Yes. Was it deviant? Yea, I guess you could say so. Did it harm anyone? No... Did his co-workers accept it as 'just the way he is'? Yes...

When I was attending one of my first college physics courses there was one student that would sit on the front row of the lecture hall and use pliers and heavy wire to 'knit' a suit of chain mail while the professor lectured... I once asked the prof it that bothered him... he said that it probably would if it wasnt for the fact that the kid was getting an 'A'...

Towards the end of my undergrad studies I came to the realization that the best way to take a test was to study hard the days before hand, but to not give a damn about the test on the day of the test- on the day of the test I would bring a 'bubble gun' to class (a cartoonish 'gun' that has a fan and blows soap bubbles) I would sit there and blow bubbles while we waited for the prof to show up to give us the test. It relaxed me and reduced stress for many other students as they giggled at the incongruity of my antics... it annoyed some, I guess, but they were the ones that were probably going to fail anyway... :) ... that probably made me a 'deviant'....

Unless you are somehow forced to engage in homosexual acts I honestly dont see why you feel a need to be 'offended' by homosexuals or to label them as 'deviant'....
