Whether you can prove the existence of past lives, or even subconscious wave identification; I think I understand your concepts for the latter. And I would agree some people process signals slower, and maybe not at all on the higher frequencies.

We've certainly been here before. But you put it on flame.
The ones that don't get it can't process those signals you speak of, yet I know they exist.
