BTW, that was the only time in my whole life I was ever called handicapped. The military said I was handicapped, but I am not handicapped. I could have done most any job they gave me, and I tried to show them that, but they wouldnâ€™t listen. They just based their judgment on what the eye test showed.

I have never considered myself handicapped.
