The Republicans are saying because they realize they have too. Some Demcocrats realize the same and are also saying it. Others aren't. Just like the right wingers I believe you poked fun at. It's a divided government only an idiot would think anything can get done without bipartisanship. The issue is do the Democrats want to get things done or get revenge?
