What Do You Mean By Earth Bound?
On Earth or in orbit as well? If you only meant on Earth you left out an major alternative. Are you aware that the Asteroid Search community has done cost effeciveness studies on various options for detecting objects down to 100m and didn't even bother to include a lunar based scope? I think I saw earlier where you commented that an orbital scope was best for quick response, but I missed any clear reference to such an option in this latest post. Do you simply mean that a lunar scope is best for long term tracking of minor orbital variations rather than as an optimal survey instrument?
