I was hoping you'd comment on the CO2 part of my post before you launched into your usual harangue. I tried to communicate my sense of anxiety and uncertainty about all this, but you didn't seem to notice my attempt to express my genuine ambivalence. If, as you seem to believe, this concern is totally mistaken, then certainly any of these precautions I mention would do much harm. If the situation is as grave as those you criticize say it is, then they may be still to little, too late.
As usual, the ferocty of your denial does little to reassure those who might want to believe you, or even meet you halfway. Right or wrong, you sound like someone who is determined to keep things as they are and to simply refuse to consider any alternative. That alone makes me suspicious of your motives, not just your conclusions. I'm not accusing you of dishonesty, just of an ideological conflict of interest that clouds your judgement, even if history should tend to prove you right in the long run.
