Islamic party wins in Turkish elections

This doesn't sound good, but on the other hand, so far this party has been more Islamic than "Islamist," and hasn't pushed religious government all that hard. Whether this stays true remains to be seen, but there are still strong pro-secular forces in Turkey, not least of which is the military.
