When it comes down to it, if the U.S. has the right to go after terrorists across a border, so does Turkey.
I would hope that some solution can be generated inside Kurdish Iraq, with Coalition cooperation. The Kurdish leadership, and certainly the government of Iraq, are not on the terrorists' side, and that makes non-invasion, police-type solutions workable.
