Ha! Oh man did I almost bust a gut on that one. This is coming from the king of avoiding unpleasant facts and trying to rationalize them with a calculator. How about the fact that many of those uninsured children will suffer needlessly or die in the most powerful nation on Earth? Maybe that's not so unpleasant to you Tom. How about the fact that the parents of many of those afflicted children will lose their savings and homes to try to tend to their uninsured children.

You want to talk facts with me? Here's a fact for you pal. It's taking everything inside of me right now to not wish upon you the same fate that millions of Americans are suffering right now where they suddenly find themselves with no health insurance and a catastrophic illness strikes, crumbling whatever security they had in their lives. There's enough of a thread of basic human compassion left in me that makes it impossible for me to find happiness in that possibility for you but that little barrier keeps getting tinier each time I read one of your self-centered retorts.

Yeah good ole Bush would be there for you to reward your loyalty if that calamity ever struck your household. Why he and his rich cronies would have a yard sale in Crawford brimming with Christian compassion for you and yours. Why, they'd even build you a new house with their bare hands if you couldn't afford one....wait that's the ex-President you have no respect for. Never mind.
